The Crown On Your Head by: Nancy Tillman

YOU WERE BORN TO SHINE!
YOU CAN RUN LIKE YOU MEAN IT...SO, LET THE WIND BLOW
ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS BELIEVE

Crown on your head let me process those words, who wrote those words I wonder? Nancy Tillman is the answer. there is very beautiful illustrations like;  A pond, a bed of flowers, a field full of daisy's. A magical forest, a deserted desert, the nursery rhyme savanna. A weed-filled field, the colorful hill,a tree high in the sky. A really high slide, the kayak on a lake, the marsh-lificent land, the open sky in bed. A child's whole life I would say, because you have your crown your whole life! everybody in the world has a crown so wouldn't that mean that everybody is involved? this book is in the place of the mom describing your crown to the child. the crown on you gives a very strong message saying: everybody is different, no on person in the world is the same in any way. in the book it says the message though it but what sentence sod out to me was:
NO ONES IS BRIGHTER, NO ONES IS DULLER
ITS ONLY A CROWN OF A DIFFERENT COLOR
This story shows the value of Brightness and happiness because it inspires the one to go out in the world and do something they have always wanted to discover!
I have learned so many important lessons but one that stuck out to me from this book was to go out in the world and do something that I have always wanted to discover!

Eloise's mom is hardly around because of travel, so Eloise has a nanny who she lives with. this book, like the others, in the series, shows off the fun and spunky attitude of Eloise.

The Fantastic Fling Books of Mr. Morris Lessmore

"Morris Lessmore loved words                                                     he loved stories                                                                                He loved books."

The story began.

This story brought thought, happiness, and  colorfulness to my mind. The thought of losing all you life's work, is harmful to my emotions. But what if someone(like a young lady getting pulled into the sky by fling books) brought your emotions back up with just a little book? How would you feel now? Happy and thankful, I'd guess?   It's like fling books helping and saving you, literally.

An animated short film was created, based on this book. It won an academy award in 2012. here is the film:

i think this short film helped me expand my view of  The Fantastic Fling Books of Mr. Morris Lessmore.  i liked how this film was just the motion picture and music to go along with the theme, because i don't think i would of felt the strong emotions of Mr. Morris Lessmore. i though it was a clever idea to include some of the picture from the boo
